Samaritans are a voluntary organisation who provide 24/ 7 emotional support to ...absolutely anybody who needs them, whenever they need somebody. It can be life changing and at the very least a friendly voice at the end of the phone when it feels there is no one else.

Money is tight and everybody is counting their pennies but many are just holding out to make it through each day and the Samaritans hold their hand to get there.
